When is payment due?

We require a 50% deposit before we get started on your project. The remaining balance will be due upon completion. Once everything’s polished up and ready to go, we’ll send all the final deliverables to your inbox. We accept payments via Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Credit cards are also accepted upon request. If you prefer to pay by check, just drop us a line and we’ll sort out the details.

What if I need additional rounds of revisions?

Oh honey, we’re all about making you swoon over your brand and marketing goodies. We’ll bend over backward to ensure you’re walking away with a grin from ear to ear. Now, if you find yourself craving more tweaks than we initially agreed upon, no sweat! But just a heads-up, each extra round of revisions will come with a discounted charge of $95 per hour.

Sure thing! We’ve got more than just one trick up our sleeves. Drop us a line with your grand plans, and let’s see what magic we can make together. ABdesignerd rolls with a crew of all-stars who can tackle just about anything you throw our way. And if by some slim chance, it’s outside our realm, we’ll gladly hook you up with someone who’s up to the task. So, spill the beans – what’s on your mind?

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All designs are copyrighted to ABdesignerd and should not be resold, copied, or redistributed.
