We keep things simple, strategic, and seriously creative—no matter what kind of project we’re working on. Whether it’s a one-day design sprint or a full brand transformation, here’s how a typical collaboration with ABdesignerd flows, from “Hey there!” to “Heck yes, let’s launch this thing.”
This is a general overview and may vary slightly from client to client.
- Initial Connect—You reach out. We vibe-check. We hop on a quick “Vision & Vibe” call chat about your needs—whether it’s branding, digital marketing, or a bit of both—and see if we’re the right fit.
- Proposal & Contract—Once you’re ready to roll, you’ll get a custom proposal outlining everything. Approve, sign, and send your deposit—then we lock it in & rock it out.
- Brand Discovery—You’ll complete a simple (and dare we say, fun) intake form so we can get the full picture—your goals, audience, preferences, and business vibe. A chatbot version is coming soon.
- 1:1 Strategy Session—We hop on a call to dig deeper. This is where we align on your vision—whether we’re crafting a brand identity, social strategy, or launch campaign. Big picture meets smart strategy.
- Creative Direction or Mood Board—Based on your input and our convo, we’ll develop either a mood board (for visual projects) or creative direction (for marketing projects) to guide the work and set the tone.
- Concept Development—Whether it’s logo concepts, content calendars, ad visuals, or marketing materials, we’ll create custom work that’s rooted in strategy and built to deliver results.
- Revisions & Refinement—Depending on your package, you’ll receive 1–2 rounds of feedback so we can fine-tune everything until it’s just right.
- Final Delivery—Once you sign off and the final balance is paid, we’ll deliver all your assets in the proper formats (EPS, PNG, PDF, etc.) or schedule your campaigns for launch. You’ll also receive any relevant guides or tools to keep your brand or marketing consistent moving forward.
- Post-Project Support—Many of our packages include 30 days of support after delivery. Questions? Quick tweaks? Marketing hiccups? We’re here for you.
- Retainer Clients—For ongoing clients, we offer monthly retainers that keep the momentum going. Once we’ve got the big picture in place, we’ll check in every month to review what’s working, adjust what’s not, and brainstorm fresh ideas for the next round. It’s like having your own creative department on speed dial.
